With a claim chosen, everything goes into that claim and subfolders are kept. With only a case chosen, each folder you add becomes a claim of that case named after the folder (new or existing).

Connect Claude
Use one of these once per person to reach FMNS from Claude.
Set up Claude Desktop on a Mac (configuration profile)
- Install Claude Desktop from claude.ai/download if you have not already, and quit it.
- Download your profile. It holds a private access key, so keep the file to yourself and delete it once installed.
- Double-click FMNS.mobileconfig in Downloads. macOS says the profile was downloaded.
- Open System Settings, then General, then Device Management (on older macOS, Privacy & Security, then Profiles). Double-click FMNSAI Claude Desktop, choose Install, and enter your Mac password.
- Open Claude Desktop. In Settings, then Connectors, choose Connect next to fmnsai and sign in with your FMNS email, password and authenticator code.
- In a chat, ask, for example, "List my FMNS cases." To remove it later, delete the profile in Device Management.
Add FMNS as a custom connector
- In Claude (web or desktop app), open Settings, then Connectors, and choose Add custom connector. On a Team or Enterprise plan, an owner adds it once under Organization settings, then Connectors.
- Name it fmnsai. Paste this as the server URL:
- Open Advanced settings and paste this as the OAuth Client ID. Leave the client secret empty.
- Choose Add, then Connect. Sign in with your FMNS email, password and authenticator code.
- In a chat, turn fmnsai on from the tools menu. Ask, for example, "List my FMNS cases."
Work on a case in Claude, step by step
- Set up Claude once with one of the two options above.
- On this page, choose the case and claim (or make new ones), then drop the claim's files or folder and press Upload. Each PDF is split into its separate documents on its own; "Running jobs" shows progress.
- When the splits are done, press Summarize claim. An email arrives when Case Summary.docx is ready, and it appears under "Claim files".
- Press Open in Claude. Claude Desktop opens a new chat that names the claim. Type your question at the end and press Enter, for example "Build a timeline of the ED visit."
- Claude reads the split records and cites the document and pages. To check a point, ask "Show me those pages."
- You can also run everything from the chat. Try "List my FMNS cases", "Split the new PDFs in this claim", "How are the jobs going?", "Summarize this claim" or "Prepare a tar download of this claim".
- Download files from this page or from the link Claude gives, then share the file itself, never the link.
